Back to School Dinner

Back to School dinner and an unexpected Model X test drive that the boys said was THE best part of their WHOLE summer! 

Celebrating the MOM-To-Be and Baby Boy Brown

Today we celebrated my sister and my NEPHEW to be!  (I'm going to be an AUNT!!!!!) We planned a shower for the mommy-to-be full of all of her favorite things...pickles, popcorn, and sprinkles!  We had so much fun celebrating.   I can not wait til' little man is here, in our arms!

 There was lots of organizing going on after the shower.  I just love this picture Allen set us.

 We asked everyone to bring a book instead of a card.  Each one of us choose our favorite books to give to Baby Boy Brown.  The boys really put a lot of thought into what books they shared and their little notes.  

Chases note even brought a tear to a few eyes.

And Colton's book was pretty special.  On one of his first Halloweens Grandad got this book with a stuffed caterpillar for him (while Nanny was in England). He LOVED this book and the caterpillar.  We read it HUNDREDS of times and he still sleeps with the caterpillar from time to time. 

He is a man of few words ;)

Typhoon With DAD!

When you know you are going to go to Typhoon one last time before summer is over and you wake up to Dad taking the day off and joining in on the fun! 

DUDE PERFECT

Tonight we finally got to take GDad out for his Father's Day presie...  Dude Perfect Pound It Noggin Tour.  We started out our night at Shake Shake, one of the boys favs,  then headed for the show.  It was so exciting to see Dude Perfect LIVE.  Dad and the boys have watched Dude Perfect for years, it's kind of become their "thing".  The show was so awesome and so much fun.  Unfortunately about 10 minutes in, Colton started feeing really really bad.  He powered through but wasn't really able to enjoy himself.  And, Shake Shack is no longer a fav.
