What can I say...I'm 40.  I hate it.  I've never had such a hard time with a birthday.  EVER.   I've had so much anxiety coming up on this day but I felt nothing but overwhelming love.  My boys spoiled me with all kinds of surprises.  We spent the day relaxing, we made ornaments, they cleaned for me, my mom bought me flowers and everyone met for a family dinner.  The surprises didn't stop there...I guess the celebrating continues because Zak is taking me to New York in a couple weeks!

My girls made me feel so loved celebrating my birthday a few days early.  A fun night out painting at one of our favorite places!
