January!

Happy 2024....

We started the year with a little Lele time and a Day Family dinner.

Grandad and Colt made frames for London maps he bough the boys for Christmas.

We found a hole in our ceiling caused by our satellite dish.  So, days into 2024, another water leak!  

Fixing this ran into February when we finally told our wall guy to leave it! Matching the texture was causing a problem and he was not good with time management.

Zak earned another strip on his belt.  Proud of him and his hard work.  Making time for this is not easy but he always makes everything work!

MLK day turned into a "snow (ice) day" with a second day off! 

SO PROUD OF THIS KID!  Hit his first over the fence homer during a scrimmage!!!!!

All things Christmas and New Year Celebrations

Snowman and Fred came back. Colt had zero interest, even when they brought things and Chase would search for them but at 12 and 15 we had so many years of magic with them and I think its dwindling.

Annual trip to Bass Pro Santa with Gaga.  Chase was so willing, Colt not so much but he did it (With only a little attitude).

We barely got it in but cookie and ornament decorating happened on Christmas Eve Eve!!!

The boys did their gift exchange on Christmas eve and Colt really made Chase work for his gift in a box with 192 screws. (This was used again Christmas morning for grandad!)

No plans on Christmas Eve so we took the boys for steak!

Christmas Eve redo after the Hardins got back from vacation November 30th. 

Covid hit again and NYE street party was cancelled so we had an early dinner, sit up competition, and we social distanced in the Williamson's driveway for some drinks and to watch the neighbors blow up the neighborhood.
