Last Day of 6th and 8th!Chase wanted to stay all day.  Colt didn't want to go at all but stayed til lunch. 

Last time to drive both the boys to school together, probably ever. Colt will be driving before we know it!

Happy #12 to our funny, kind hearted, loving, timid, video gamer,  life of the party.  We are so proud of the young man you are becoming.  We love you more than you'll ever know.  

Our Girl...

Yesterday, we had to say good bye to our Chloe.  Our Chloe Girl, Chloe- Worm, Mr. Mowzer, Chloe-Chloe. Our sassy girl. Our old girl.  In February she suffered a stroke (or maybe more than one) and made a recovery none of us expected. But, the last couple weeks for her were hard, then this weekend was really tough.  She lived a good life, almost 18 years. She was our first baby and we miss her so much already! 

8Th Grade Formal

8TH  grade formal.  

Colt and King met up to take some pictures (for their moms!). 

Instead of being awkward, they did what they loved and fished all dressed up.

It didn't turn out the way I expected when the year started .  But, what good in life ever goes as planned?!?!  What a wonderful year it was. 

Mother's Day

As usual, my boys spoiled me rotten today.  We started off with pancakes and Mimosas with Gaga.  We spent the day relaxing and then went to Olive Garden, I really wanted soup! I love these boys that made me a momma.  They are my pride and joy! 

And this guy here, he knows how to always make me feel special! 

I am so thankful for him.  

I miss her so much. 

 I had a dream about her the other day.  We (my whole family) was at a school.  Fiest, I think, the one I went to as a kid.  I guess I was going to work there.  We were all sitting around and in walked mom.  She was standing in the door way, the wooden framed door was framing her slim body. She had on a red sweater, big beautiful necklace, pretty lipstick and her hair was short.  I jumped up to meet her at the door and in shock, said, "How did you get here?!?!?!" She said, "Well, I drove." and I just looked at her like you're ok?!?!?!! She said, "Im fine.  Im ok."  I hugged her and I never wanted to let go.

 I knew it was a dream but I didn't want to wake up.  

Spartan Pride award

So proud of the guy and all of his achievements in Middle School. Tonight he earned the Spartan Pride Award for Principles of Manufacturing. He’s worked so hard this year all around but he loves this class so very much.
