Christmas Parties

Today, The boys had their Christmas parties at school.  Zak and I both got to join in on the fun.  

 On Thursday, Chase had Polar Express Day at school.  He sure was excited to wear PJs!

SO PROUD!

We are so proud of these two right here.   SO PROUD! Chase has been doing so well in kinder.  He brings home writing that is so great .  He's mastered all of the kinder sight words and he's reading at a level C which is where he should be by the end of kinder.   Colt has had a bit of a challenging year.  2nd grade has been much more challenging than we ever imagined.  But, with struggle, he has worked really really really hard at it.  He has had some tough times but, last week he had a huge math test.  This week, we found out he only missed ONE on the test.  He made a 96 (although he hasn't gotten the official grade back)!!!!  We are so beyond proud of our sweet sweet boys.  We love them so much.  We took them to celebrate at Gringos!

Mom, It's been quite a challenging year.  So much has changed.  But, we love you with all of our heart and we're here to take great care of you.  I am so thankful we were able to celebrate you with potato soup, whopper bars and lots of love.  We love you so very much!
