First Day of Summer Break

Yesterday was the first official day of summer break. It was a rainy, stormy, dark day so we stayed inside in our Pjs and... built a fort-played trains-ate lunch in the living room-watched cartoons- made fireworks in a jar-raced airplanes-played more trains-wtched ET- mde a movie snack-skipped nap-colored-worked on letters and sounds-  had a lazy day It was a perfect way to start the summer!

  Today you are three and I can hardly believe it!  You are such a big boy.  You are so loving and funny.  You make us laugh all the time with your deep serious voice and stomping excited feet.  You love your brother and if he does something, you do it too. You love the dark and monsters and screaming and scaring people but you hate "buggies".  You are quite a character, wearing a life jacket and pjs, goggles to play, stickers all over your face while we shop, and a beanie and mittens to bubbys  baseball practice.  You're so silly.  You love to give hugs and kisses and we love to get them too.  If you don't get your good bye just right, you get upset.  It has to be just the right hug, kiss and knuckles to everyone.  As sweet and cuddly as you are, we are working on not pushing and hitting.  Its a phase you've been in all school year and I think it's getting a bit better.  You can entertain yourself  and you don't mind if no one else wants to play along.  You love to be outside but sometimes I think you'd rather play inside.  You'd watch TV all day, if I let you. And, you can work the iPad like no ones business. You are the most special 3 year old I know.  Mommy and daddy and everyone who knows you loves you so very much.  We had such a fun time celebrating you with all of your friends and family at Monkey Buziness and opening gifts at home with family afterwards.    

     

Last Day of MDO

Today, was your last day of MDO and you're heading to PreSchool next year in Mrs. Dawn and Mommy's class. :)

You loved school this year and Mrs. Sasha and Mrs. Monica. You absolutely adored them both and they made school so much fun. You made some really sweet friends and even a girlfriend, Catherine.  We love how much you love school and I hope that love of school stays with you. 

Happy Bridge Graduation

    HAPPY GRADUATION DAY COLTON REID! I can not even begin to tell you how proud Daddy and I are of you.  You have grown and matured so much in the last year.  Seeing the confidence you have gained is awesome.   I know you will miss Foundry and Mrs. Zarezee and Mrs. Kathy but  you are so ready for kindergarten.
