Happy WET Halloween!

What a Halloween it was! We didn't let the rain stop us but by the end of the night, we were SOAKED!!!!!! 

It was round two for the boys costumes and a wet one with a little soggy candy but I'm pretty sure it's a night we will remember. Chases muscles were pretty full of water! The boys were home and bathed ready to watch the Astros World Series game by 8-8:30.

Pumpkin Patch

 I can remember the very first time we took Colt to the pumpkin patch.  I was so excited! I remember propping him up on pumpkins all around the patch and dancing around like a crazy person to catch a smile. As the years went on, pumpkin patch visits got very stressful.  I wanted that "perfect" pictures for every picture and no one ever wanted to cooperate.  Tonight, 10 pumpkin patch visits later, we ate an early dinner, I brushed Colt's hair, Chase threw on a hat and we headed out the the pumpkins.  The boys didn't really want to be there but they did it for their momma! (It didn't hurt that Addy was there too!) And, look at those sweet smiles and handsome boys!

Ninja Comp

Tonight Colt competed in his third Ninja Competition. Tonight the obsticals were tough, really tough! It didn't come as easy tonight for him and he left competition a little discouraged with a second place and two third places. I'm still really impressed and proud of him. He amazes me with some of the stuff he can do so well. He also got to have a little fun with Sam Sann between two of the rotations working on the slack line
