Chase got a new wood bat for his first wood bat tourney.

Colt has done LOTS of fishing this month.  Made a friend in Sydney Harbor so it helps him get access. Plus he's a super cool kid!

Solar Eclipse?!?!!? Not here.  Too many clouds! But the boys got these "souvenirs"

Its a tough life! Early mornings are hard. 

The boys disappeared to friends for the day so dad and I made time for a little date day!

Grandad had Liam for the weekend so we got to spend some time with him!

Boys wanted to go to Walmart with me.  I took too much time.  Turned a corner and found them like this.

Went to the ortho about 5,908 times to get the wire in Chases braces fixed.

Took Colt to the Elbow specialist (where he saw nothing of concern so still no answers on the pain) and went to lunch and shopping after. Turned out to be a pretty special one on one day with our big guy!

Our days are filled with baseball.  Baseball practice, baseball games, baseball tournaments, even baseball in the drive driveway.  It's busy but we love watching our boys do what they love! 
Chases team played in a couple tourneys this month.  One of which was a tough one a Wood Bat Tourney that we didn't fair well in.   The next weekend the boys came out ready to win, placing 5th overall in seeding and heading to the semi finals out of 13 teams on Sunday.  Playing in the rain and fighting hard on Sunday ultimately losing to a team that didn't necessarily play "fair".

Sometimes it's awfully busy and we have to divide and conquer.  

Friends surprised us and showed up to cheer on the boys one of those days.  

Colts team ended their season UNDEFEATED and came in first overall.  It's been so fun to watch Colt play and get back to loving baseball.  He can send a ball flying and is an awesome third baseman.

Saw this quote online and I couldn't relate more. "Yes, I have kids spots all weekend, again.  No, I can't come.  This isn't punishment, I'm chosing to do this. People spend money on watching their favorite athlete.  I'm raising mine!"

Started out the month with MORE Ants.  Carpenter ants to be exact! 1,000s of them!
