Junk Gypsey Prom

Mandi invited us all to the Junk Gysey PROM in Warrenton at the Antiques Show. I wasn't too sure about it.  Didn't really want to go, but Zak did.  And, Mandis sweet MIL agreed to watch the boys so we couldn't turn down a night out.   We had an absolute BLAST.  One of the best nights I've had in years!!!!  I am so glad we went and I can't wait for next year! 

Rodeo in the Rain 2017

Last night we went to the Rodeo to see Dirks Bently.  All week I worried it would rain on us.  Thankfully, it held off till we left.  At first, it was a mess. Miserable.  Then, it turned into a memory no one will ever forget.  We got off the tram and ran to our car in the POURING rain.  There was so much laughter.  When we got in the car, Colt said, "Next year do you think it'll rain on us when we leave?!?!?!"  They loved the show but that rain gave us a memory we will always remember! 

Spring Break 2016

Zak and Colt started Spring Break about an hour early on Friday.  They headed up to the lease with Justin for a pig hunting', raccoon trappin', coyote calling' good time!  They met up with David and Doc up there and had a great time.  

While they were gone it was rainy and gloomy here so Chase and I had a lazy Friday afternoon and Saturday. 

 Sunday, Gaga treated us to a day at the Zoo! Although it was MUCH chillier than expected, we all had a good time.  

 Monday, we took it easy.  We stopped by Nanny and Grandads and while I colored with Nanny Grandad took the boys to the park.  

Tuesday, Pa came down and a group of us took the kids to a new trampoline park called Urban Air.  The kids had a BLAST! We ended the day with Pizza and playing out front. 

 Wednesday, Momma tried to get a few things done around the house.  The boys made easter cookies and Colt even squeezed in a little home work. 

Thursday, Zak had off.  Grandad invited us over to ride bikes.  The boys had fun with that and we all came home to rest up.  Mom even got a little nap!  I woke up to see Colt give a little magic show performance.  Then, we took the boys back over to Nanny and Grandads where the spent the night while mom and dad went to Taste of Texas for a date night. Baa even came over. 

 Friday, HAPPY St. Patricks Day!!!!

 Saturday, was event filled. We woke up early and headed to Luckenbauch with the neighbors to meet up with David and Mandi to see them cook at the Chili cook off. We ended the night at Hondos in Fredricksburg for dinner.  We had so much fun!

Sunday, I didn't even take a picture.  Chase had practice and Zak spent the day working in the yard. I spent the day getting things ready for school to start back.  

We had such a FUN RELAXING Spring Break.

Fun Run

Western Day

It was Western Day at the boys school today and they just couldn't have been cuter!!!!   This is one of my favorite things they do at school. They are so cute.  My cheeks hurt from smiling so much!

 And, Ps Daddy couldn't make it so Zak filled in and Danced with her!  SO SWEET!

Opening Day and DI

Saturday, was a busy busy day for us.  Well, I should say morning.  

We got up and going pretty early to get Zak and Chase to the parade festivities.  It was Colt's first parade to watch and he had a blast catching candy and beads! Chase and his team looked so cute! Chase didn't have a game so he and Zak jumped out of the truck after the parade and headed to meet Colt and I in Katy at Colton's Destination Imagination competition.   

Colton competed with the Rainbow Popsicles.  Their task was to "save the day" using a complex machine that they created.  Their story was all about a lady (Addy) who was baking a cake and her house caught on fire.  Her cat, Rocket (Audrey), got stuck on the roof.  The fire fighters (Colt and Brody) came and put the fire out but couldn't get the cat down.  They called The Super Squad (Leah, Amiah and Jackson) to SAVE THE DAY! The Super Squade brought out their Super Slide a pulley and a inclined plain that helped get the cat down.  

The day was saved!  

They had an awesome performance!

Watch Dogs

The long awaited day is here! Zak was a Watch Dog at the boys school today!  He spent the day hanging out with them in class, recess and lunch.  He had such a great day and his boys were s o proud to have him there with them!
