Full of Fall Weekend

Our weekend started out with our traditional "Friday Night Dinner". This week it was just Grandad, Zak, Colton and I since Nanny and Becky are in London. At Colton's request we went for chips and cheese at Don Julios. As soon as we finished we headed over to the pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkin for Saturday nights get together at "Cocket and Mee's". Unfortunately, by the time we got there, it was getting dark so our pictures didn't come out great.
Colton searched high and low...
for the perfect pumpkin.

Some were too small...
some just weren't right.

He took a chance to pose with Grandad.
Then daddy found the perfect pumpkin.

On Saturday morning the boys very sweetly went to the Judy Deirker craft show with me so I wouldn't have to go alone.
It was so crowded we didn't stay too long.
Lucky for them, we headed home to watch some Football.
After nap, Colton helped me make ghost cookies to take to our pumpkin carving party next door.

We had a great time next door.
Colton, Brynn and Avery had a good time playing in the back yard...
and enjoyed a little before dinner snack!
After dinner it was time to get carving.
Colton's choice of pumpkin... Lightning McQueen.
Thank you "Mee" for the CARS pumpkin carving kit. Daddy started...

Colton tried to help...
But decided to let Daddy do the dirty work.

It turned out just perfect!!!

Awww Wish I could have gone to the pumpkin patch with you. Mom does too! This blog resembled the one from last year with the "Three Bears" theme, and I loved it just as much this time around1 :)
